If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns for refund or exchange may be made within 14 days of receipt. A Return Authorization number is required for all returns and may be obtained by email Sent to this Address or phone at 800-826-1199, 7am-3pm M-F. Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.
All returns must be in original condition and should be shipped with delivery confirmation or insurance. Shipping and handling will not be refunded except in the case of an error or defect on our part. Leather & fabric colors shown on computer monitors will not be 100% true to life and we do not refund shipping charges for color variations.
Due to credit card processing costs, a 5% restocking fee will be charged on all returns for refund (not on exchanges).
To return by U.S. Mail (Priority Mail with delivery confirmation is relatively inexpensive and the Post Office will give you a free box or tyvek envelope).
